Our Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

You must cancel your class at least 4 hours before the start of class (via your app).
Cancellations made after this notice period will incur a class deduction from your package.
No-shows incur a class deduction from your package

** we understand unavoidable emergencies can happen. Please contact us to discuss unexpected schedule adjustments.

You MUST book in for a class (via your app/online). Ideally make bookings 24 hours in advance. However, please ensure you book in minimum ONE HOUR prior to the start of the class

Class Passes

Class pass is required to make a booking, these can be purchased on app/web
All passes will expire after 12 weeks
Extensions MAY be granted at the discretion of the owner
